Dahi/curds----- do's and don'ts
- Dahi should never be eaten everyday. Once a week.
- It should not be eaten without sugar or moong dal or ghee or amla or honey.
- Always avoided at night.
- Dahi should never be heated or boiled.shouldn't be used in food gravy or to marinate non-veg.
- dahi is healthy in monsoon and winter seasons only.Hence should be avoided in summer.
- diseases caused by unhealthy or not following above principles-------
- fever, skin diseases, drowsiness, jaundice and blood related diseases.
