Dahi/curds----- do's and don'ts
Dahi should never be eaten everyday. Once a week. It should not be eaten without sugar or moong dal or ghee or amla or honey. Always avoided at night. Dahi should never be heated or boiled.shouldn't be used in food gravy or to marinate non-veg. dahi is healthy in monsoon and winter seasons only.Hence should be avoided in summer. diseases caused by unhealthy or not following above principles------- fever, skin diseases, drowsiness, jaundice and blood related diseases.
